摘要“慈善”一词在我国具有悠久的历史，民间慈善组织至改革开放后逐渐兴起，并且在我国的慈善组织的发展中地位日渐凸显。目前，我国民间慈善组织在其自身的成长过程中遭遇很多困境，存在很多问题，这严重阻碍了我国民间慈善组织的发展。本文共分为四大块，从民间慈善组织的发展现状入手，找出民间慈善组织发展中遇到的困境与问题，再探讨这些困境与问题形成的原因，最后结合美国英国的慈善组织发展的经验，得出我国民间慈善组织发展的的启示，再针对以上所探讨的内容为我国民间慈善组织的发展提出一些建议。

The Dilemma and Countermeasures of the Development of Chinese Folk Charitable Organizations

一 民间慈善组织的发展现状
自改革开放以来，至1994年中华慈善总会创立后，我国各地开始涌现出大批民间慈善组织，并且他们在环保、扶贫救灾、助学扶孤等方面有着突出的成就。
第一，组织数量不断增多。随着社会经济的发展和公民慈善意识的更新，我国民间慈善组织数量逐渐增长，很多热心人士投身于民间慈善事业上来。据统计，我国现阶段已有七个省的非政府民间慈善组织的个数超过官办慈善组织，这充分体现了我国民间慈善组织在一定水平上发展壮大。
第二，开展许多高效的慈善活动。例如，“顺其自然”，是浙江宁波的一个民间慈善组织，该组织利用前后大约七年的时间，累计向浙江省慈善总会捐款117万元，共用了7年左右的时间，不仅如此，该组织开展的慈善活动惠及全国各地。2004年印度洋地震海啸灾害发生后，我国民间筹资捐款超过6亿元，开启了民间捐赠支援国际灾难的先河。[1]2008年5月，汶川一夜之间变成废墟，民间慈善组织积极救援抗灾，这标志着我国民间慈善事业进入高峰期，民间慈善组织井喷式爆发。 中国民间慈善组织发展的困境及对策分析:http://www.youerw.com/faxue/lunwen_43098.html
