摘要：改革开放以来中国经济连续30多年高速增长，取得了举世瞩目的经济发展成就，但是城乡居民收入差距在显著扩大。通过调查研究，城乡收入失衡的主要原因在于：财政政策方面对农业扶持力度小，城乡教育资源配置严重失衡，社会保障制度的城市偏向，农民工的非国民待遇以及城乡产业特性的影响。因而通过建立和完善覆盖农村的公共财政制度，完善农村教育资源配置以培育新型农民，完善农村社会保障制度，健全强农惠农政策体系，加快城镇化进程这些措施将城乡居民收入差距调适至合理的均衡水平，以推动中国城乡经济的稳定发展。9652

Research on the Situation and Countermeasures of Expanding Income Gap between Urban and Rural Residents in China
Abstract: Since the reform and opening of China's economy for 30 consecutive years of rapid growth,it has made remarkable achievements in economic development,But people's income gap is widening, it is especially significant between urban and rural residents . The survey shows that various reasons contribute to this problem,they are mainly as follows: the inadequent financing for agriculture, the imbalance distribution of education resources between urban and rural, the inclination toward city on social security policy ,the unfair treatment to rural migrant workers in cities and the different features of urban and rural industries. Through the establishment and improvement of the public finance system covering rural, rural education resources to improve the configuration of new farmers to cultivate and improve the social security system, sound system, benefiting the agriculture policy to accelerate the urbanization , these methods will make the income gap between urban and rural residents adapt to a reasonable and balanced level, in order to promote the stable development of China's urban and rural economy.
