新媒体下网络反腐机制研究

摘要：随着信息科学技术的不断发展，互联网已走进了我们的生活并趋之大众化、普遍化。“表哥”、“房叔”等一些问题在网上被揭露后，网络反腐这种模式越来越普遍。新媒体下，虽然反腐的渠道得以拓宽，效率得以提高，但与此同时，网络反腐也存在侵犯他人隐私权、缺乏制度化、法律法规不完善等问题。而通过规范网民的行为、健全网络反腐的法律法规等措施来完善网络反腐，可使网络反腐更好地在我国的反腐进程中发挥它的积极作用。74556

The Research on the Mechanism of Network Anti Corruption under the New Media

随着信息技术在经济、文化、政治等领域的发展，我们正进入反腐败的信息化时代。2003年，网络反腐迈出了实践的第一步。微博、微信等社交软件不仅仅只是娱乐的工具，也成了网络反腐的工具。“表哥”、“房叔”等一系列事件在网上被揭露后，网络反腐这种模式越来越普遍。所谓网络反腐，即“通过网络技术及所引起的社会舆论效应对行政行为与执政行为的监督和对权力的约束，从而达到有效预防、遏制、惩戒腐败行为的一种全新方式，是反腐事业的新方式。” 网络反腐之所以能成为公众反腐的首选方式，主要是因为它与传统反腐相比有着很大的优势。
