摘  要：此次毕业设计的目的和主要需要解决的问题是结合书本所学的理论知识与传授的技能知识，完成工程量的汇总计算、并对工程量构件套取清单和定额，了解和掌握建筑工程土建商务标的编制方法和工程量清单计价的基本方法。采用的方法是运用广联达土建算量软件进行图纸绘制、汇总计算出工程量及运用广联达计价软件进行计价，在进行广联达画图中结合设计图纸及设计图纸要求法规进行，主要包括：《中小学校建筑设计规范》、《建筑工程工程量清单计价办法》、《工程估价》、《土木工程施工技术》。完成各项汇总后对数据进行分析汇总以表格形式呈现在商务标投标书中。91385

选题依据：当今社会经济的不断发展带动所有其他产业的飞速发展，作为“衣食住行”中不可缺少的“住”住房问题也快速发展，中国的建筑业在不断发展中随之改革。从《中华人民共和国招标投标法》颁发实行起,招投标事业飞速发展。而商务标因其在招投标中的重要作用也引起广泛重视。编制商务标时我们较常使用更方便简易的工程量清单计价。我选择一项较为明了的工程，能够保证在最大的程度上做好工程量清单计价，编制出一份较为完整正规的土建商务标。
