外墙外保温材料的选用及施工技术的研究

摘要：现代建筑行业越来越讲求节能，相关组织部门、建筑施工单位都高度重视建筑节能性。对于建筑来说使用保温隔热材料是最为直接、有效的节能方式，对建筑采取外墙保温措施能够显著提升建筑节能性，进而推进我国建筑整体朝着节能化方向发展。本文以外墙外保温材料的选用和施工技术为研究对象，分别分析了外墙外保温的材料和施工技术的发展现状和存在的问题，论文最后，就当前我国建筑外墙保温方面相关问题给出相应的建议，并就外墙保温发展进行展望，力求可以改变我国建筑外墙保温现状，提升施工的质量管理水平。95104

Abstract：Building energy conservation has become the inevitable trend of the development of modern architecture, whether it is the construction enterprise or the relevant policy departments, have been given a wide range of attention in this regard。 The most direct and effective method of building energy conservation is the use of thermal insulation materials, the construction of the external wall insulation construction technology can effectively achieve the building energy efficiency, promote the development of China's building energy efficiency。 In this paper, the exterior insulation material selection and construction technology as the research object, respectively analyzes the current development of materials and construction technology of external thermal insulation and the existing problems, and finally make some suggestions on the present foreign wall insulation problems, make a prospect for the future development prospects, in order to to improve the building exterior insulation construction quality management level。

通过一定施工技术，有利合理利用保温材料能够起到减小能耗、提升能源效率的作用。在现代建筑体系中，外保温材料的使用以及相关施工技术有着十分重要的地位，而且有数据显示采用外保温方式的效果要好于内保温方式，同时外保温方式可以在一定程度上保护建筑物。采用外墙外保温方式避免内保温造成的室内空间浪费，提升建筑物防水和气密性，在现代建筑施工中应用十分广泛。从我国相关材料及相关技术研究情况来看，缺乏对材料的选用和施工技术的研究，应当加强相关材料及技术研究分析，提升我国建筑外保温材料研究和施工质量水平。外墙外保温材料的选用及施工技术的研究:http://www.youerw.com/gongcheng/lunwen_203275.html
