摘要:深圳地处珠江三角洲东岸,作为改革开放建立的第一个经济特区,经过37年的飞速发展,已成为一座国际化城市。伴随着深圳的发展,电力需求迅猛增长,为优化深圳市电源结构,满足电力需求增长的需要,改善生态环境,现拟在深圳市东部大鹏湾东北岸的秤头角,毗邻液化天然气(LNG)接收站处,新建首个利用清洁能源发电的天然气电厂。为满足电厂建设的需求,拟利用电厂附近有建深水码头的优越条件,新建一座重件运输码头。
本次设计的电厂码头,运输的货物主要有煤、设备重件及件杂货,属于多用途码头。根据当地地质条件、水位差和荷载条件,码头采用板梁式高桩结构形式。首先计算泊位尺度,码头总平面布置,然后拟定上部结构尺寸,及对结构进行验算。本次设计面板、纵梁采用手算,轨道梁、横向排架和基桩受力较复杂,采用易工软件电算。

Abstract:Shenzhen, located on the east coast of the Pearl River Delta, as the first special economic zone established by the reform and opening up policy, has become an international city after 37 years of rapid development. With the development of Shenzhen, the electricity demand grows rapidly. In order to optimize the power supply structure of Shenzhen, to meet the needs of electricity demand growth and to improve the ecological environment, it is planned to build the first natural gas plant using clean energy in Chengtoujiao on the northeastern coast of Dapeng Bay in the east of Shenzhen, adjacent to the liquefied natural gas (LNG) receiving station. In order to meet the demand of power plant construction, a new heavy cargo transport terminal will be built with the advantage of building deep water terminals near the power plant.
The designed power plant terminal belongs to multi-purpose terminals, which can mainly transport coal, heavy pieces of equipment and general cargo. According to the local geological conditions, water level difference and load conditions, the plate-beam type high-piled structure form is adopted. First, the berth scale is calculated, and the general layout of the terminal is determined, then the size of the superstructure is determined and the structure is checked. In this design, the panels and the stringers are calculated by hand, and the track beams, transverse bents and the foundation piles are calculated using Easydoing software because the forces are more complex.
