办公楼设计的现实意义：
1）办公楼的设计首要理念就在于功能性和实用性。办公楼的设计是根据使用功能的不同而在设计上具有不同侧重点。例如，本商业办公楼，1~2层的餐厅主要是为了满足人们休闲聚餐，3~4层的办公区是为了日常的办公所需，整个办公楼是集办公和休闲而特意构建的一种空间组合。管理一个公司的各项事务，在房间尺寸功能上，在满足建筑面积许可的前提下，尽可能挖掘使用空间；而在办公的同时又为了能让大家有一个休闲餐饮的场所，这就要求整个办公楼在水平向和竖直向有合理的空间布设。
2）好的商业办公楼兼具艺术性和审美性。办公楼在根据使用功能特点，满足建筑构造要求后，还要从美学角度出发，考虑一下建筑的整体造型。使使用者能在方便、舒适、轻松、美观的环境下进行一切活动。
综上所述，办公楼设计对于巩固专业知识、扎实基础、提升设计布局能力发挥着巨大的积极作用。随着经济的不断发展，现有的普通办公楼已经不能满足人们发展的需求，而且商业办公楼也是反映城市面貌、增加城市活力的重要因素，其设计意义相当重大，所以我承担此项目的设计和计算工作。
