城市空巢老人多层次养老服务体系构建研究

摘要伴随我国人口老龄化的加快发展，城市空巢老人问题日益进入人们的视野。城市空巢老人是指生活在城市地区，不与子女生活居住在一起的老年群体，具体可分为绝对空巢老人和相对空巢老人。面对我国人口老龄化的日趋发展，面向城市空巢老人建立多层次的养老服务体系成为关乎国计民生的重要工作，具有实施的必要性和可行性，但就目前体系发展现状而言，依然存在许多亟待解决的问题。本文从建立多层次的养老服务体系的理论基础、发展现状、存在的问题、问题出现的原因等方面出发，进行相关理论研究，并提出相应的解决对策。87623

Title The Study on the construction of the multi-level old-age service system in the city Empty Nester

Abstract With the development of the China’s aging population, the city empty nester has entered people's field of vision。 The city empty nesters refer to the people who live in the urban areas, without the children living together in older age groups。 In particular, it can be pided into absolutely empty nesters and relatively empty nesters。 Faced with China's aging population and the increasing development of the empty nest elderly in the urban area, it is necessary to establish a multi-level old-age service system and it become the important work which concerns the national economy and the people's livelihood。 It has the necessity and feasibility。 But in terms of the present situation, there are still many problems to be solved。 In this paper, I will devote myself to the problems which are arising from the establishment of multi-level pension service, it include the theoretical basis, development status, existing problems, the causes of the problems and so on。 And we will put forward some means to solve these problems。
