摘要现代社会中，随着城市化进程不断加快，人们对公共设施的需求增加，这些设施在带给人们便利的同时，也带来了很多负面影响，进而导致的邻避事件越来越频繁。文章以余杭事件为对象来研究邻避事件的特性，指出余杭事件产生的原因是公众的恐惧感、负面新闻的影响、补偿机制的缺失以及各方利益不平衡，在借鉴国外治理经验的基础上，提出我国邻避型群体性事件治理的路径应从提升政府公信力、增强公众有效沟通、完善利益补偿机制、构建民意回应机制、完善法规体系几个方面进行完善。86568
Research on Current Domestic NIMBY-type Group Events Governance
——Taking Yuhang Incineration Plant Incident as the Example
Abstract In the modern city, with the accelerating process of urbanization, people has increased the demand for public service facilitie, these public facilities to bring convenience, but also to bring a lot of negative impact, further NIMBY problems caused by more frequent, NIMBY problem is the reality of an urgent problem。This article taking Yuhang event object to study the characteristics of the event NIMBY, noted that the causes of Yuhang event are fear of public, the impact of negative news, lack of Compensation Mechanism and unbalanced interests, on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign management experience, put forward sound paths of governance of NIMBY-type Group Events are enhance the credibility of the government, enhance effective public communication, improve the mechanism of interest compensation, build public opinion response mechanism, perfect the laws and regulations system。

0 引言
