摘要社区冲突以及融合问题近年来越来越受人们关注，尤其是多民族混合居住的社区里的各民族成员的相处与融合更是一个不容小觑的问题。本文首先对社区冲突和社区融合的内涵进行阐述，深刻了解产生社区冲突原因和社区融合的作用；其次，根据现在多民族混合居住社区的问题进行分析，包括不同民族的生活习惯、信仰以及生活的不同的研究，进而探索一些解决措施；最后，通过实践以及深入研究找到对社区冲突缓解的相关措施，主要从政府、社区工作者以及社区居民三个层面分别采取相关措施。49473

Abstract
Community conflict and integration issues in recent years more and more attention, especially the coexistence and integration of mixed populations of multi-ethnic community members of all ethnic groups is a problem can not be underestimated. The article first described the connotation of community conflict and community integration and a deep understanding of the produce of community causes of conflict and community integration; Secondly, according to the multi-ethnic mixed residential communities, including the habits of different ethnic, faith and life in different studies, and then explore some of the solutions; Finally, through practice and in-depth study to the community conflict mitigation measures, mainly from the three levels of government, community workers and community residents to take relevant measures.

0 引言
