摘要随着经济的不断发展，企业与企业之间的合作共赢显得越来越重要，事实表明，企业独立的发展也越来越不能实现自身的快速成长。而企业间的整合发展突出就表现在供应链的整合发展，现今，供应链整合发展已不再是新的概念了，这也说明大多企业在发展的过程中已经意识的企业间战略整合所得到的益处。电子商务、电子设备的快速更新都为供应链的发展提供更为有利的条件，在战略整合的过程中，有效利用这些条件也会为企业带来高效的运作。同时，正是由于供应链的发展还未到成熟阶段，在整合战略的过程中还出现了诸多的问题，比如牛鞭效应、企业内部管理问题，都对供应链的发展造成了一定的障碍，信息流、资金流、物流的运作都要制定较为完善的供应链的发展战略。供应链设计、计划和运作对于公司的成败有重要作用，要保持竞争优势供应链就必须适应不断变化的技术和顾客期望。因此，本文以基于供应链的企业战略整合研究为基础，剖析供应链发展过程中出现的问题，针对出现的问题提出相对应的解决措施，并且在原有基础上进行创新，以符合当今的经济发展趋势。44969

AbstractWith the continuous development of economy, between enterprise and enterprise win-win cooperation is more and more important, the fact that the company independent development is becoming more and more can't achieve its rapid growth. Electronic commerce, electronic equipment quick updates provide more favorable conditions for the development of supply chain, in the process of strategic integration, the effective use of these conditions will lead to efficient operation for the companies. At the same time, it is because of the development of the supply chain has not yet to mature stage, in the process of integration strategy also appeared many problems, such as the bullwhip effect, the enterprise internal management problems, has caused some obstacles to the development of supply chain, information flow, cash flow, logistics operation should be set up relatively complete supply chain development strategy. Supply chain design, planning, and play an important role to the success of the operation for the company, to keep the competitive advantage of supply chain must adapt to the changing technology and customer expectations. Therefore, in this paper, based on the basis of the supply chain enterprise integrating research, analyzes the problem in the development process of supply chain, aimed at the problems put forward the corresponding solutions, and on the basis of original innovation, to comply with today's economic development trend.
