摘要精益生产和敏捷制造是当今比较流行的两种生产模式，精益生产强调缩减和消除浪费，敏捷制造灵活性大，适合满足产品品种和需求的频繁变动。两者虽然主要作用不同，但却存在这共同点，本应该被结合起来研究，但是目前两者呈各自孤立发展的趋势，因此探讨如何将两者综合起来，在企业中联合应用起来就显得越来越重要。44970
本文通过探讨和比较分析精益生产和敏捷制造两种供应链管理模式，突出它们两者之间的相似和差异之处，以及对企业的共同作用，证明了在供应链中集成精益生产和敏捷制造是可行的，这种精益-敏捷混合供应链可以更快更好地响应和满足客户的需求，提高企业的综合竞争力。在此基础上，本文提出能将两种供应链模式有效融合的途径，并对我国企业提出了一些建议，希望能有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract
Nowadays, Lean production and agile manufacturing are the relatively popular modes. Lean production emphasizes on reducing and eliminating waste, while flexibility and agility allow manufacturing to be suitable for meeting the needs of product quantity and varieties. Although they play a distinct major role, there are commonalities between the two. Study of them should be carried out in conjunction, but their development shows otherwise. Therefore, in order to explore how to combine both, joint application in enterprises becomes more and more important.
In this paper, we discuss and compare the difference between lean production and agile manufacturing. Furthermore, it emphasizes their similarities and differences, as well as the different roles in enterprise, hence illustrates that integration of lean production and agile manufacturing in supply chain is feasible. Such hybrid supply chain can respond much faster to and meet customer demand, and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. Finally, this paper suggests the ways to use two kinds of management modes, and provides some suggestions to relative enterprises, hoping to have a certain reference.

在全球一体化的趋势下，消费者对于产品的需求开始变得多样化，市场竞争加剧，且伴随着信息技术的迅速更新换代，产品更新速度不断加快，企业开始跨区甚至跨国生产，制造业的生产方式开始从少品种大批量向多品种小批量转变。企业需要具备更快的反应速度和低成本的生产方式来面对客户对产品的需求。为了更好地满足客户的需求，企业纷纷开始重视完善自身的供应链管理，通过完善供应链管理来集中提升企业的价值。于是，在外部市场环境的带动下，不同企业综合实力的对比开始转化为供应链管理能力的对比。
