摘要“全面二胎”政策已经正式启动，政策层面的独生子女家庭将不复存在。然而，依旧有一个群体遭遇了失去唯一孩子的厄运：失独老人。随着失独老人的数量不断增长，如何养老，如何解决失独老人的养老困境这一问题就显得尤为重要。尽管在政府、社会、各级群体的推动下，我国养老的形式不断丰富发展，失独老人也更加具有多样性的选择，但在养老过程中，老人的需求是否得到满足，是否真正做到让这些失独老人老有所依还是值得思索和探究的问题。对此本文以失独老人的养老现状为视角，探讨老人的养老困境，并在此基础上提出建议。81071

Towns lost the only child of the elderly Pension Dilemma and Support Strategy
Abstract “Comprehensive child” policy has been officially launched, the policy level of the one-child families will no longer exist。However, there is still a group suffered the loss of the only child of doom：Losing only child of the elderly。With the loss of the only child of a growing number of elderly,how pension,how to solve the loss of the only child of the elderly pension dilemma, this issue is particularly important。
While in government, society, at all levels to promote the community, in the form of pension constantly enrich the development,the loss of the only child for the elderly have more persity of choice,but in the pension process, whether the needs of the elderly are met,whether truly let the loss of the only child for the elderly have something to rely on is still worth thinking and exploring。 In this paper, use pension situation as viewing angle, discussion on the plight of the elderly pension,and to make recommendations on this basis。

（一）研究背景
