摘要：随着全球经济一体化的不断发展，我国与世界各国经济贸易联系日益密切，航空物流在中国发展迅猛。物流的飞速发展，不但给我国的航空物流企业带来了机遇，也带来了一些挑战。对航空物流的历史、现状以及未来的发展趋势进行研究，对促进中国本土航空物流企业的发展意义巨大。上海作为一个国际性的大都市，航空物流业的发展速度已经成为这个城市进步的重要标志之一。本文将以SWOT模型为基础，总结出适合上海航空物流业发展的基本战略，并归纳出在相应模式下航空物流业提升核心竞争力的途径和方法。同时通过对航空物流现状、存在的问题、国外航空物流的先进经验以及我国发展航空物流的对策等几个方面进行探讨，以此来发现上海的航空物流在发展的过程中所存在的一些问题，最后借鉴国外发展航空物流的成功经验制定出发展上海航空物流的对策措施。29716

Analysis Shanghai Aviation Logistics Industry Development Research Based On SWOT
Abstract:With the continuous development of global economic integration，the economic trade relationship between China and the world is increasingly close，the air logistics developing rapidly in China.The rapid development of logistics not only brings opportunity to our country’s air logistics enterprise,but also brings some challenges.Research on the history,present situation and the development trend of the air logistics has significance on promote the development of China's domestic air logistics enterprise. Shanghai as an international metropolis, the speed of air logistics industry development has become one of the important signs of the city progress. This paper summarize the basic strategy for the Shanghai air logistics industry development based on the SWOT model, and conclude the pathway and method of air logistics industry enhance its competitiveness under the corresponding modes. At the same time, in order to find out some problems exist in Shanghai air logistics development process discuss the air logistics present situation, the existence question, the advanced experience of foreign air logistics and the countermeasure of our country air logistics development. At last, work out the countermeasures of the development of Shanghai air logistics by referencing the successful experience of the foreign air logistics development.
