摘    要随着时代的发展，互联网逐渐成为了我们知识传播的重要渠道。而知识本身具有的一些特性使得部分知识的传播受到一定的阻碍。针对不同性质知识的共享，我们需要合适的知识共享模式来保证共享的成功实现。89272

本文通过查阅中外文献，针对虚拟社区知识共享的模式及其现状进行研究，并提出优化建议。具体研究方式为：借鉴前人的研究理论和方向，结合问卷调查结果，对知识共享的影响因素进行梳理分析；进一步提炼出虚拟社区知识共享模式中的障碍及存在的问题；以当今最典型的知识共享平台“知乎”为例，研究其知识共享模式，主要利用案例分析法对知识共享的模式及发展展开研究，为实现知识共享平台的优化及完善提出建议。

With the development of the Times, the Internet has gradually become an important channel for our knowledge dissemination。 Some of the characteristics of the knowledge itself have hindered the dissemination of some knowledge。 For the sharing of knowledge of different nature, we need the appropriate knowledge sharing model to ensure the successful realization of the sharing。

In this paper, we study the model and present situation of knowledge sharing in virtual community, and propose optimized suggestions by reviewing Chinese and foreign literatures。 The specific research methods are: Draw on the predecessors ' research theories and directions, combine the questionnaire survey results, analyze the influence factors of knowledge sharing; Further refine the obstacle and existent problem in the virtual community knowledge sharing model; Taking the most typical knowledge sharing platform as an example, this paper studies its knowledge sharing mode, mainly using the case analysis method to study the mode and development of knowledge sharing, and make suggestions for optimizing and perfecting the knowledge sharing platform。
