摘要结合女性休闲相关的文献资料，以杭州师范大学仓前校区为调查对象，辅以问卷调查和个案访谈，对女性休闲限制因素进行简要分析，揭示出当前女性休闲的现状，旨在让女性能够恢复其在休闲领域的话语权和体验权，更重要的是帮助女性确立休闲意识，进而突破限制参与休闲，提高休闲满意度，并能从休闲体验中更好地感悟自由、提高生活品质。89704
