慢城理念下南京高淳生态城镇发展要素研究

摘要：慢城理念的“慢”旨在倡导和鼓励绿化与低碳共同进行，最终实现环境的可持续发展，这与生态城镇的发展目标不谋而合。本文立足于“慢城”理念下生态城镇发展的角度，在“慢城”理念已有的研究成果上，对于“慢城”和“生态城镇”的相关概念进行梳理和分析，结合中国首个国际慢城——高淳桠溪，提出慢城理念下生态城镇发展需要环境发展的可持续性、独特的社会文化、政府主导下的绿色产业、便利的“慢”出行方式和当地居民的主动参与这五个必备要素，以此为我国建设富有特色和人文底蕴的生态城镇提供新的出路。90674

Abstract:Slow city concept "slow" is for the purpose of advocating and encouraging the greening with low carbon, eventually realize the sustainable development of environment, the ecological urban

development objectives。 In this paper, based on the concept of "slow cit y" ecological perspective, the development of the towns in "slow city" concept of the existing research results, for "slow city" and "ecological urban" combing and analysis of the related concepts, combined with China's first international slow city -- gaochun yaxi, put forward the concept of slow city ecological environment sustainability of the development of the urban development needs, unique social culture, which is dominated by the government of green industry, convenient "slow" mode and the active pa rticipation of local residents and the five essential elements, to construction characteristic of China and the humanities background of ecological cities and towns to provide a new way out。
