摘 要：近年来，我国互联网技术的发展水平已身居世界领先位置。电子商务作为近年来飞速发展的行业，在我国也进入了发展的稳定期。近年来，电子商务行业越来越完善，迅速占领着市场，但电商企业的财务分析方法也与传统企业有所差别。因此，在财务风险分析方面电商企业也面临着巨大的挑战。本文通过对电商企业的国内外发展现状，行业特点，面临的财务风险进行分析，以唯品会为例，以企业财务报表为依托，对电商企业面临的财务风险进行分析，对企业降低财务风险提出建议，帮助电商企业发展。90742

Abstract: In recent years, the development level of Internet technology in China has been the leading position in the word。 As a rapidly developing industry in recent years, e-commerce has also entered the stable stage of development in China。 In recent years,e-commerce industry is more and more perfect,and rapidly occupy the market,but the financial analysis method of e-commerce enterprises is different from traditional enterprises,so e-commerce enterprises in the aspect of financial risk analysis are facing great challenges。Through the analysis of the present situation of the development of e-commerce inside and outside country,based on the VIP shop and its financial statements, this paper make recommendations on reducing financial risk of enterprises to help the development of e-commerce enterprises。
