摘 要：由于高校职业生涯规划教育的缺失和就业指导工作效率的低下，使得大学生面临的就业竞争压力越来越大。本文采用文献分析法和问卷调查法等研究方法，通过分析职业规划在就业指导工作中的价值，以H高校为例展开研究和分析，就如何发挥职业生涯规划在就业指导工作中的作用进行了探讨，致力于促进我国大学生就业指导理论体系的完善。研究发现高校职业规划教育和就业指导工作的成功进行需要社会、高校和学生共同努力。90940

On the Role of Career Planning in College Students' Employment Guidance -- Taking H University as An Example
Abstract: Because of the lack of career planning education and the low efficiency of career guidance work in Colleges and Universities, the pressure of employment competition faced by college students is increasing。 In this paper, using the method of questionnaire and survey of research methods of literature analysis, through the analysis of the value of occupation career planning in the employment guidance work, taking H University for research and analysis of cases, how to play the role of occupation career planning in the employment guidance work is explored, is committed to promoting the improvement of employment guidance theoretical system of college students in China。 The study found that the successful implementation of career planning education and career guidance in Colleges and universities requires the community, universities and students to work together。

1。研究的目的
近十年来，由于我国经济的繁荣和大学教育的普及化，高校毕业生人数从四百多万增加到七百多万。正是因为大学毕业生的数量每一年都在增长，才使得如今的就业环境显得更加严峻。
当今，不少高校没有真正认识到职业规划教育在学校就业指导工作中的价值，部分高校完全忽视了对学生相关方面的教育，或者欠缺高质量的师资和科学合理的课程安排，无法给学生提供科学合理的职业规划教育和相关的帮助。同时，校外相关的培训机构也很少，学生对职业生涯规划的理解还处于自我幻想的初级阶段。 有研究报告显示，能够准确完成职业规划的学生不足一成。大多数在校大学生没有形成科学合理的职业观，不知道如何规划职业生涯，也没有明确的认识自身需求来制定发展规划，更不能准确的定位目标职业。 职业生涯规划在大学生就业指导工作中的作用以H校为例:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_198293.html
