摘要：淮安市都天庙历史地段衰败的现状、诸多的城市问题以及深厚的文化底蕴决定了都天庙历史地段的更新不同于传统的城市更新，应做好保护与发展的统一，然而，现实是大拆大建的更新方式在各地不断上演，大量的历史建筑被拆毁、原住民迁离，越来越多的城市问题不断显露。基于此，作者从城市建设的角度，借鉴有机更新理念——应区别对待历史地段的建筑，基于保留改造的思路，优化现有历史地段更新流程，以有效生产历史文化载体，并植入新的功能，注入新的业态，阻止历史地段的进一步衰退，引导传承基地历史文化，使基地重新焕发出生机。91186

Abstract:The renewal of historic district of Huai’an DuTian Temple is different from the traditional urban renewal。This is determined by the character of Huai’an DuTian Temple。which is in a process of decay and has much more urban problems,However it is rich in cultural heritage。We should make proper balance of protection and development in it。However,much historical buildings have been removed,and many residents have moved。Nowadays,the renewal methods mainly are large scale demolition and large scale building,which are repeated here and there。More and more urban problems are beginning to show。

Based on the above-mentioned reason,the perspective of urban development and the idea of process engineering。It should differentiate between buildings of historical area,based on the idea of the modification of retention,optimize the existing historical location update process,to effective production history and culture carrier,and inserted a new function,inject new formats,to prevent further decline of historical area,guide the inheritance base of historical culture,make the base to respond。
