Abstract: After eighteen years, China's economic development has entered a new normal, contemporary college students under unprecedented employment pressure。 The psychological problems of College Students' Employment under the new normal conditions are as follows: Anxiety Psychology, dependence psychology, inferiority complex, ego psychology and conformity psychology。 Therefore, I put forward the solutions from the aspects of students, school, family and society。 Student level: to establish the correct professional values, to do a good job of psychological preparation, timely elimination of negative emotions, psychological adjustment of employment。 School level: change the concept of employment guidance, strengthen the guidance of College Students' self employment。 Family level: abandon the traditional practice of excessive indulgence, respect for children interests。 The social aspect of corporate social responsibility, to create a fair competition environment for people, merit。 Thus。 Improve the quality of college students employment, entrepreneurial success and happiness。
