摘要：政府治理是一个永恒的话题，信息技术推动我国政府治理的步伐。本文将从大数据政策平台对政府治理现代化的价值，打造大数据政策平台的前期准备以及政府大数据战略在实际中遇到的制约因素如数据部门间存在差异、缺乏法律规范、制度保障、地方政府领导干部也存在认识上的不足展开分析。将从完善跨部门的治理机制、设立大数据常设机构、构建大数据规则体系、强化领导干部大数据思维等方面提出对策，以便更好地推进大数据政策平台的建立。92557

Big Data Under the View of Government Management Modernization

Abstract: Government governance is an eternal topic, the information technology revolution to promote the pace of China's government。 This article will focus on the modernization of governance value from big data policy platform, there are differences, the lack of legal norms, system security, the local government leading cadres have insufficient understanding to analyze the restricting factors of preparation to build big data platform and the government policy of big data strategy encountered in the actual data between departments。 From the governance mechanism and inter departmental permanent establishment, building big data big data rule system, puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the leading cadres of big data thinking and so on, in order to better promote the establishment of large data platform policy。
