摘要：随着社会经济的发展，女性的社会地位越来越高，作用也越来越大。但是，在当代社会中，女性始终不能达到与男性平等的地位。尤其在就业和职位升迁问题上，男女不同的待遇形成了社会激锐的矛盾，大大影响了和谐社会的建立。本文就女性在时下热门的行业——互联网行业中的职业升迁问题进行研究，并以上海某电子商务企业B为例，分析女性在互联网行业职位升迁的现状和问题，找出出现这些问题的原因，提出合适的解决方法，为构建互联网行业的和谐健康提出有效可行的建议。94966

一、引言
