摘要：高速铁路的诞生是交通发展史上一次重大的变革，高铁以其速度快、运输量大和安全舒适等特点而备受人们青，在带动区域经济发展上也产生了积极作用。在京沪高铁、武广高铁先后建成运营后，高铁对于旅游业的拉动作用日益突出，本文要讨论的就是正在进行高铁建设规划的江苏苏北地区及其旅游发展战略，通过对苏北地区城市的旅游与经济发展水平进行研究，提出合理的苏北城市高铁旅游发展战略，推动苏北地区旅游发展。94756
