摘要:g-C3N4的光催化能力是很优良的,我们可以研究碳化氮与其他金属化合物复合而成的产物,来探究一下光催化能力是否有所提高,而复合物进行光催化可以优化环境污染物,对环境保护起着优良的作用,我们要研究的是Cu2O,氧化亚铜Cu2O是正八面体结构。复合物g-C3N4/Cu2O是光催化能力较强的复合材料。本论文采用水浴合成的方法制备g-C3N4/Cu2O复合材料,并且是在较低的温度下进行,这样可以使反应能反应充分。合成的g-C3N4是使用三聚氰胺为原料在500 ℃的条件下烧制。最后将g-C3N4与氧化亚铜Cu2O在去离子水中混合在60 ℃进行水浴反应得到所要的复合材料。我们使用X-射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜表征、红外光谱来检测我们合成产品的性质及特征。再将以上所用仪器得出的结果进行综合分析, 从而确认得到的g-C3N4/Cu2O复合的材料。碳化氮与氧化亚铜经过复合成为复合物,比较分析之后得到我们想要的产物,复合物g-C3N4/Cu2O使用水浴法的方法合成,从而使我们的产物的光催化性能优良起来。84474

Preparation And Photocatalytic Characterization of Cu2O / g-C3N4 Composite
Abstract: Nonmetallic photocatalytic material g-C3N4 is a good prospect。 Energy structure and excellent thermal stability with a g-C3N4 can be photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants to become water and carbon dioxide, plays a good role in environmental protection, a monovalent cuprous oxide copper oxide, red or dark red octahedral cubic crystalline powder。 Metal oxides Cu2O and g-C3N4 photocatalytic composite obtained strong composite material。 In this paper, a synthetic method for preparing water bath g-C3N4/Cu2O composites, and at lower temperatures, so that the reaction can be able to respond adequately。 Synthesis of g-C3N4 is a mixture of melamine and urea in the premise under 500 ℃ calcined。 Finally, the g-C3N4 and cuprous oxide mixed in deionized water at 60 ℃ water bath to afford the desired composite material。 Determine the composition of the composite phase by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy to determine the morphology characterization of g-C3N4 /Cu2O composite using infrared spectroscopy to obtain the structure of the complex。 The above results with the results of a comprehensive analysis of the instrument, so that the obtained g-C3N4/Cu2O composite material。 g-C3N4 and metal composite oxide Cu2O, can filter out fine too complex novel photocatalytic materials。 g-C3N4 through a water bath with a metal oxide Cu2O synthesis of a new composite material, photocatalytic properties make it。
