摘要:本文研究了改性剂和各种硬化工艺对水玻璃砂溃散性能的影响。采用的改性剂有:聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基磺酸钠。采用的单一硬化工艺有:烘干硬化、吹CO2气体硬化。采用的复合硬化工艺有:有机酯-吹CO2气体硬化。实验结果表明:水玻璃加入量越低,残留强度越小,水玻璃砂溃散性越好。在水玻璃加入量一定时,加入了改性剂的水玻璃砂残留强度低于未加入改性剂的,其溃散性更好。吹二氧化碳加有机酯硬化和烘干硬化、吹二氧化碳硬化相比,残留强度低,溃散性越好。吹气加有机酯硬化时,改性剂为聚丙烯酰胺,加入量0.3~0.9%,吹气时间越长残留强度越低,溃散性越好;改性剂为十二烷基磺酸钠,加入量0.3~0.9%吹气时间越短残留强度越低,溃散性越好。20718

Research on Effect of Modification agent of Water Glass Sand Collapsibility Strength
Abstract: The effect of modification agent and hardening process on properties of water glass sand was studied. The modified agents of Polyacrylamide and sodium dodecylsulphate were used. Single hardening processes which were used were dried hardening, blowing CO2 gas hardening. Compound hardening processes which was used was organic ester - blowing CO2 gas hardening. The experimental results showed that: the addition of water glass content is low, the residual strength is small ,collapsibility is better. Water glass add a certain amount of time, adding the modifier of water glass sand residual strength is lower than that of the non modified agent good collapsibility. Blowing CO2 and organic ester hardening and drying and hardening, blowing CO2 hardening, hardening effect is better good collapsibility. Blowing hardening, modifier polyacrylamide, adding 0.3~0.9 percent, blowing time more long residual strength the lower the better collapsibility; modifier is sodium dodecylsulphate, adding 0.3~0.9 percent, blowing time shorter residual strength is low collapsibility is better.
