摘要中国是目前世界上经济增长最快的国家之一，自改革开放以来我们的发展获得了令世界瞩目的成就。然而随着经济的迅猛发展，一个由过长的工作时间导致的致命问题也逐渐引起了人们的注意——过劳死。过劳死问题的猛增反映出了我国劳动者目前普遍的的一种超时、超强度的工作状态。过度的劳动会对一个员工的身体造成严重的损伤，且这一问题在近年愈发频繁和严重，不仅在数量上不断增加，而且涉及的领域越来越广，波及各行各业，已经成为危害劳动者生命健康权的一大杀手。所以我们必须在当今中国的劳工文化和社会环境的基础上，尽快建立一个经过深思熟虑的完善的法律规制体系。87792

Title Study on Legal Issues of ‘Karoshi’

Abstract China is currently one of the fastest developing countries in the world, and the development of our country has won the attention of the world's achievements since the reform and opening。 With the rapid development of economy, however, a fatal problem caused by the long working time also gradually attracted the attention of the people—‘karoshi’。 The surge of this problem reflects that the laborers in our country are generally in timeout, intensive working conditions。 Excessive labor would cause serious damage to an employee's body, meanwhile this problem is increasingly frequent and severe in recent years, not only increasing in number, and areas become more and more widely, spreading to all walks of life。 As we can see, this has become a danger to lives and health of workers, so we must establish a thoughtful and perfect legal regulation system to solve this problem, based on today’s culture of Chinese labor and the social environment of china。
