摘要:洛神花的价值已在食品、药品等多个方面得到验证,具有很好的应用前景。本文主要采用35%、45%、55%、65%、75%、95%浓度乙醇作为溶剂时, 研究了洛神花有效成分的提取工艺,并采用酪氨酸酶对粗提物的美白功效进行评价,并在此基础上进一步提取了粗提物中的多糖成分,对多糖的保湿性和在基质膏霜中的应用等进行了研究。结果表明:1)洛神花提取物具有一定的美白功效,且使用75%乙醇提取的洛神花粗提物的酪氨酸酶抑制率最佳。2)将多糖粗提物进行失水和吸湿的实验,发现洛神花具有较好的保湿性能,在相对湿度为81%时,失水率为60%,吸水率为20%-30%,在相对湿度为43%时,失水率为20%,吸水率为70%-120%,与甘油相比,吸湿性略差但有更好的锁水能力。多糖在基质膏霜中有较好的配伍性,耐热耐寒稳定性良好,无分层或者析出现象。22513
可见洛神花在化妆品美白以及保湿方面有一定的应用前景,可作为植物提取物加入化妆品中。

Extract the effective components of Roselle and evaluation whitening effect
Abstract: The value of Roselle has been validated in many aspects such as food, medicine, etc., with good prospects. In this paper, we use 35%,45%,55%,65%,75%, 95% concentration of ethanol as a solvent, discussing the extraction process of Roselle, using tyrosinase measuring the whitening effect on the crude extract of Roselle. And on this basis, we extract the crude extract polysaccharide components and applications of moisturizing creams in the matrix of polysaccharides, etc. are studied. The results show that: 1) Roselle extract has the whitening effect, and 75% ethanol extract of crude extract of Roselle has the best tyrosinaseinhibition rate. 2) Roselle crude extract of polysaccharide shows the good results in water absorption and water loss test. At a relative humidity of 81%, water losing rate is 60%,water absorption rate is 20%-30%. At a relative humidity of 43%, water losing rate is 20%,water absorption rate is 70%-120%. Compared with glycerol, its water absorption is poor, but its water locking ability is better. It is proved that Roselle polysaccharide crude extract added to emulsion is stable. Sample is no stratified or separation.
It also shows Roselle has a good prospect of application on whitening、moisturizing as a planting extraction in cosmetics production.
