摘要:室温固化双组份水性环氧树脂涂料是一种以水为溶剂的绿色环保型涂料,是目前水性涂料中较为活跃的研究和开发领域之一。本文主要用三乙烯四胺(TETA)与多种环氧树脂反应,最后制得一种新型水性环氧固化剂。对产物进行了结构表征,就操作条件对固化剂的影响等进行了实验研究,并对制备环氧树脂乳液的过程进行了分析,研究了固化膜的稳定性及其他物理化学性能。用傅立叶红外(FTIR)对产物进行结构表征。利用环氧值的变化研究反应原料配比、反应温度对反应产生的不同影响。对水性环氧固化剂的粒径及其分布、粘度进行研究。最后确定了水性固化剂和环氧树脂乳液的制备工艺流程,及其固化膜的配比。23688

The preparation of two-component water-borne epoxy resin and its application research
Abstract: Two-component ambient-cured waterborne epoxy coatings system is one perspective approach to replace solvent borne epoxy, which attracts so much attention due to their broaden popularities in a variety coatings. A novel waterborne epoxy curing agent was prepared using TETA and liquid epoxy resin. All factors which affect the synthesis and the properties of the waterborne epoxy curing agent were analyzed. The physical properties of the cured film were measured. Meanwhile, the performance of the cured film were studied. The structure of the products was characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR) respectively. The effects of temperature and the molar ration of the starting materials towards the reaction could be investigated from the mensuration of the change of epoxy value. The particle size and the distribution of waterborne curing agent,adhesion of the cured film made from the waterborne curing agent modified by silane were investigated. Finally the preparation process of waterborne curing agents and epoxy resin emulsion, and its ratio of solidified membrane was determined.
