合成香料在烟草加料加香中的应用研究

摘要：随着烟草的全球化消费，烟草香精的使用量越来越大，而相比起天然香料，合成香料有更多的品种，更适当的成本，以及更稳定的质量。本课题主要研究了合成香料在烟草加料加香中应用。首先对各种单体原料进行嗅辩和评析，查阅各种资料找到了烟用香精底料和表香的基础配方，然后选出了两种代表性合成香料：香兰素和麦芽酚，通过对基础配方的研究制定出适合本实验的对比配方，最终通过调香、评析不断对香精配方进行修改，使整体评析感觉协调，配制出了浓香型和混合型烟用香精。23839

The application of synthetic ingredients in tobacco feeding and flavoring
Abstract：With the globalization of tobacco consumption, the usage of tobacco flavor is growing. Compared to the natural flavors, synthetic ingredients have more varieties, more appropriate cost and more stable quality. This paper studies the application of synthetic the application of synthetic ingredients in tobacco feeding and flavoring. First, distinguish and comment various monomer feed, access a variety of information to find the foundation formula of base and surface tobacco flavors, and then select the two representative synthetic ingredients: vanillin and maltol, through the study of the foundation formula, work out contrast recipe suitable for this experiment. Finally, constantly modifying the flavor formula by perfumer and comment, this makes the whole feeling coordination, and compounding two tobacco flavors: a highly flavored type and a mixed type.

1.1.1 我国烟草香精香料的发展现状
在卷烟生产中必不可少的物质就是烟草香精香料，而卷烟企业的核心技术就是它的配方，这对于改善卷烟的口感，突出烟草风格方面有非常重要的作用。而随着人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对吸烟与健康的问题也越来越重视。[17]因此，对目前的烟草行业来说，有一项艰巨而长期的任务，那就是在满足烟草消费者需求的同时，关注消费者的健康，开发低焦油低危害的卷烟。而烟用香精就在解决卷烟因焦油降低而导致香气成分减少的问题上发挥着重要的作用。合成香料在烟草加料加香中的应用研究:http://www.youerw.com/huaxue/lunwen_17079.html
