摘要:本课题是年产3000吨EPDM/PP 共混料车间工艺设计,主要生产低硬度的热塑性弹性体。本设计所采用的工艺流程是用双螺杆挤出机采用动态硫化法制备。设计的内容主要包括配方设计和原材料选择,物料衡算,能量衡算,工艺设备选型和计算,车间布置设计和非工艺设计,设计所得成果主要有设计说明书和相应的图纸,其中图纸包括平面布置图和立面图。本设计的创新点在于以三元乙丙橡胶和聚丙烯为主要原材料,以硬脂酸为活化剂,硫磺作为硫化剂,促进剂DM作为硫化促进剂,白炭黑作为补强剂制备的低硬度的EPDM/PP共混料,工艺过程简单,产品纯度高,是EPDM/PP共混料生产的一条高产、优质、低成本的有效途径。24005

The process design of EPDM/PP blend material for annual output 3000 tons
Abstract: This topic is the annual output of 3000 tons of EPDM/PP blend material workshop process design, the main production of thermoplastic elastomer of low hardness. This design adopts the technological process is to use the double screw extrusion machine adopts dynamic vulcanization method. Design content mainly includes the formula design and material selection, material balance, energy balance, process equipment selection and calculation of the workshop layout design and process design, design the result mainly design specifications and the corresponding drawings, drawings including floor plan and elevation. Innovation point of this design is to EPDM and polypropylene as the main raw material, stearic acid as activator, sulfur as curing agent, promoter DM as vulcanization accelerator, the preparation of silica as reinforcing agent is of low hardness EPDM/PP blend material, simple technological process, product high purity, is the EPDM/PP blend material production of a high yield, high quality and low cost effective way.
