摘 要C21甾体类化合物是重要的天然产物,是一类含21个碳原子的孕甾烷衍生物,广泛分布于夹竹桃科、茄科、萝藦科、龙胆科和薯蓣科植物中。该类化合物是以孕甾烷或其异构体为基本骨架,通常以苷的形式存在于植物体中,部分以苷元的存在形式存在。研究发现该类化合物具有抗肿瘤、神经调控、免疫调控等多种生物活性和药理作用。C21甾体苷由苷元和糖链组成,糖苷在酸性条件下可以水解生成次级苷或苷元。体内代谢研究显示糖链影响C21甾体苷元的吸收;生物活性比较研究发现C21甾体苷元的活性比其苷的活性强。因此本论文将对富含C21甾体苷的泰山白首乌总甾体苷酸水解产物进行系统研究,共分离得到3个C21甾体苷元,并采用现代波谱学技术鉴定它们的化学结构。此研究将为抗抑郁、抗肿瘤等生物活性的构效关系及结构优化研究提供化合物。89142
