摘 要近年，随着我国城市化进程的加快和养殖业的快速发展，大规模养猪场开始兴起，与此同时带来的环境问题也愈加突出，尤其是关于养猪场猪粪污水的处理达标排放问题。这类废水中有机质含量高，如若不对其处理达标就排放，会对生态环境造成恶劣的影响。89767
本设计为存栏1万头猪养猪场生产废水处理工程设计，主要针对集约化养猪场排放废水治理。养猪场废水属于高浓度的有机废水，其中含有大量的有机物和固体悬浮颗粒物，如不经处理直接排入水体中，会使水体富营养化，造成水体水质恶化，从而导致一系列严重环境问题。故要求对其进行处理，使处理后水质达到《畜禽养高浓度殖业污染物排放标准》（GB18596-2001）。
本工艺设计分为两个过程处理，一级处理以物理方法处理为主，目标为去除污水中的无机物和固体悬浮物。二级处理方法为：氨吹脱——厌氧反应——生物接触氧化——消毒——出水。除去有机废水中的COD和BOD5。

This design for the amount of 10000 pigs, pig production wastewater treatment engineering design, mainly for intensive pig farm wastewater treatment。 Pig farm wastewater belongs to high concentration organic wastewater, which contains a lot of organic matter and solid particulates, if not treated directly discharged into water, can make the eutrophication of water bodies, causing water quality deterioration, resulting in a series of serious environmental problems。 So the requirements for processing, make the treated water quality reach the livestock and poultry breeding industry pollutant emission standard "(GB18596-2001)。
This process design process is pided into two treatment, primary treatment is given priority to with physical treatments, aims to remove the inorganic matter and suspended solids in the wastewater。 Secondary treatment taken: to remove ammonia - anaerobic reaction - biological contact oxidation, disinfection, water。 To remove COD and BOD5 in organic wastewater treatment。
