摘要:三氮唑及其衍生物具有众多的配位氮原子,超强的配位能力,易与金属离子或金属簇形成配位聚合物,在新型功能材料开发中有着良好的的应用前景。三氮唑作为一种含氮杂环,是—个含优尔电子的五原子体系,可构成的共轭体系,在形成金属配合物时具有柔性缓蚀剂的作用。三唑及其衍生物在与金属离子或金属簇形成配合物的过程中表现出多种多样的结构形式,极大地丰富了配位化学研究。同时,含氮杂环具有很高的生物活性,大多数具有超强的杀菌效果,因此在医药、农药行业被广泛应用。4-氨基-1, 2, 4-三氮唑及其衍生物与过渡金属形成的配位聚合物也具有荧光、电磁、催化等优良特性。本课题以4-氨基-1, 2, 4-三氮唑与对苯二甲醛为初始原料经希夫碱反应后还原合成含氮化合物(4 -(( 4H-1, 2, 4-三唑-4-基氨基)甲基)苯)-N-( 4H -1, 2, 4-三唑) 亚甲胺(DTAMP)。经探索得到配体(DTAMP)和金属镉的配合物,并对其结构进行了表征。(4 -((4H-1, 2, 4-三唑-4-基氨基)甲基)苯)-N-(4 H -1, 2, 4-三唑)亚甲胺类化合物的合成与表征25920

The Syntheses and Properties of Coordination Compounds Based on(4-(( 4H-1, 2, 4-triazol-4-ylamino) methyl) phenyl)-N-(4H-1, 2, 4-triazol-4-yl) methanamine
Abstract:Due to the large number of coordination atoms, formidable coordination ability and persified compound structures, triazole and its derivatives are easy to form a special structure of complex with transition metal. They are of great interest in modern inorganic chemistry steming from their potential applications as functional material fields such as gas storage, chemical separation, catalysis, luminescence and so on. The triazole compound is a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring, which is a six-atom five-atom system. They can form a conjugated system which has the advantage of forming a metal complex as a corrosion inhibitor. This kind of ligand has greatly enriched the coordination chemistry and has attracted more and more chemists to research it thoroughly.At the same time, nitrogen-containing heterocycles have a high biological activity, most of them have a strong bactericidal effect. So they are widely used in medicine science and pesticide industry. The coordination polymers formed by 4-amino-1, 2, 4-triazole and its derivatives and transition metals have many excellent properties such as fluorescence, electromagnetic and photocatalysis as well. In this paper, 4-amino-1, 2, 4-triazole and terephthalaldehyde were used as the starting materials to convert the nitrogen-containing compounds (4 - ((4H-1, 2, 4-triazole 4-ylamino) methyl) benzene) -N- (4H-1, 2, 4-triazole) methanamine (DTAMP). The ligands of ligand (DTAMP)and cadmium were synthesized and characterized.

引言:一直以来柔性含氮配体在配位化学的发展史里都占有很大的比重。含氮配体种类繁多,其中最为常见的氮杂环类配位方式多样,不仅是很好的桥联配体,可以和多种过渡金属自组装成一文、二文和三文等具有丰富拓扑结构的配合物,而且具有很高的生物活性,广谱的杀菌活性[1]。柔性配体构型多变,它可以通过调整自身构型来适应配位环境的变化从而得到结构新颖的配位聚合物,在形成金属配合物时具有作为缓蚀剂的优势,含氮柔性配体引起了研究者的关注。三氮唑由碳链或苯环连接的柔性配体也是近几年研究较多的一个领域。另一方面三氮唑环上的三个氮原子都具有一对未共享的孤对电子,兼具吡唑和咪唑两种配位模式[2],使得三唑及其衍生物在与金属离子或金属簇形成配合物的过程中表现出多种多样的结构形式[3],极大地丰富了配位化学的研究。1, 2, 4-三唑及其衍生物的化合物构成了具有多种农业,工业和生物活性的重要类别的有机化合物。氨基-1, 2, 4-三唑具有广泛的生物活性,包括通过对DNA和相关分子的作用的抗菌和除草作用;它抑制过氧化氢酶和乳黄素合成的作用,以及植物中叶绿素的形成[4]。 (4-((4H-1,2,4-三唑-4-氨基)甲基)苯)-N-(4H-1, 2,4-三唑)亚甲胺配合物的合成与表征:http://www.youerw.com/huaxue/lunwen_19921.html
