摘要如今,随着社会,科技的发展,对高热剂的要求也越来越高,单纯的Mg/PTFE的能量输出低,燃烧温度低,红外辐射强度不够强等缺点也越来越明显。所以可通过添加其他材料与Mg/PTFE不同比例混合,从而达到人们想要的更好的效果。本文主要主要研究金属/金属氧化物型高热剂的制备及性能。主要通过化学复合法制备A1+CuO、A1+NiO、A1+TIO2、A1+Fe2O3、Ni+SiO2五组高热剂,然后通过扫描电镜、XRD等检测手段对所制备的复合药剂进行形貌,结构的表征。然后再通过不同种类以及不同比例的高热剂与Mg/PTFE混合制备出燃烧剂,将其进行燃烧,测试其燃烧温度、燃烧速度、以及红外辐射强度等。结果表明不同种类高热剂及不同含量能够有效改善传统Mg/PTFE,使其提高燃烧温度,降低燃烧时间,提高辐射能量。28490

Title Study on the Preparation of Metal/Metal Oxide of Thermite and Its Properties
Abstract
Nowadays, with the development of the society and technology, people have more and more high requirement of Thermite.The lack of Pure Mg/PTFE is becoming increasingly obvious, which shows low energy output, low combustion temperature and the weakness of infrared intensity.By adding other materials to mix with Mg/PTFE in different proportion, achieving the goal that people want to get a better effect of Thermite.This paper mainly studies the preparation and properties of metal/metal oxide’s Thermite.Mainly by preparing five groups of Thermite which are A1+CuO, A1+NiO, A1+SiO2, A1+Fe2O3, Ni+SiO2 in chemical compounding approaches, and then through Scanning Electron Microscope, XRD and other test methods to archive therepresentation of compound medicament's morphology and structure. At last using the different kinds and different proportions of Thermite with Mg/PTFE to prepare the medicine column, then testing the combustion temperature,combustion rate,infrared intensity.The results show that different kind and content of thermite can effectively improve the traditional Mg/PTFE, which can increase the combustion temperature, reduce the burning time, improve the energy released.

1.1 引言
