摘要:选用天然矿物凹凸棒石为吸附剂载体,将聚乙烯亚胺浸渍到载体上,制备新型CO2吸附剂,考察改性剂种类、负载量、吸附温度等对CO2吸附性能的影响。结果表明,聚乙烯亚胺(PEI, Mw=1800。99%)改性后的凹凸棒石对CO2吸附量大于聚乙烯亚胺(PEI, Mw=600。99%)改性凹凸棒石;随PEI的负载量增大,吸附剂对CO2吸附性能增大,当负载量为60%,吸附温度为60℃时,CO2吸附量达到了1。2376mmol/g;随吸附温度的升高吸附容量先增加后减小,60 ℃时CO2吸附量最大;经硅烷偶联剂KH550改性的吸附剂要比未改性的吸附剂吸附性能好;当水分存在时,吸附性能有显著提高。经5次吸/脱附循环后,吸附量没有明显降低,表现出较好的循环稳定性。94846

ABSTRACT: The natural mineral attapulgite was used as the adsorbent carrier, and the polyethylene imine was impregnated into the carrier to prepare the new CO2 adsorbent。 The effects of modifier type, loading capacity and adsorption temperature on the adsorption performance of CO2 were investigated。 The results showed that the amount of CO2 adsorbed by polyethyleneimine (PEI, Mw=1800。99%) modified attapulgite was higher than that of (PEI, Mw=1800。99%) Modified Attapulgite 。The adsorption capacity of CO2 increases with the increase of PEI loading。 When the amount of loading is 60% and the adsorption temperature is 60 DEG C, the amount of CO2 adsorption reaches 1。2376mmol/g。 the adsorption capacity increases first and then decreases with the increase of adsorption temperature, the adsorption capacity of CO2 was the largest at 60 centigrade。 The adsorbent modified by silane coupling agent KH550 has better adsorption properties than unmodified adsorbent 。 When the moisture content exists, the adsorption performance is improved remarkably。 After 5 adsorption-desorption cycles , amines functionalized palygorskite has not noticeable decrease in CO2 adsorption capacity which displays excellent regenerability and stability。
