摘要在现代生活中,静电放电的危害日益突出,对SCB火工品进行静电防护十分重要。本文主要研究了典型SCB火工品及TVS加固后的典型SCB火工品的在恒流激励下的发火特性和TVS对典型SCB火工品的静电防护效果及规律,主要结论如下:
(1)通过恒流激励下的典型SCB火工品和并联TVS的典型SCB火工品的发火实验,表明并联TVS不会影响典型SCB火工品的电爆性能。
(2)通过在500pF,无串联电阻,不同静电放电电压下的典型SCB裸桥和并联了TVS的典型SCB裸桥进行了静电放电实验,发现典型SCB裸桥的临界损伤电压为6kV,TVS加固后SCB的临界损伤电压为8kV。26703
综上所诉,TVS能对典型SCB火工品进行有效的静电防护,,而且不影响典型SCB的发火性能,是一种SCB火工品的良好的静电防护元件。

Title Research on ignition performance of SCB initiator after electromagnetic reinforcement
Abstract
In modern life,the hazards of electrostatic discharge(ESD)have become increasingly prominent,so the ESD protection of the semiconductor bridge Explosive Device (SCB EED) is very important.From this paper, we mainly study the firing performance of the typical SCB EED and the typical SCB EED in parallel with TVS under constant current and the law and effect of TVS protection.The conclusion is below:
(1)By combustion firing experiments of the typical SCB EED and the typical SCB EED in parallel with TVS under the constant current ,indicating the TVS parallel connection would not effet the exploding performance.
(2)According to electrostatic discharge (ESD) tests of the typical SCB EED and the typical SCB EED in parallel with TVS under the condition of 500pF ,without series resistance and different electrostatic discharge voltage,indicating threshold damage voltage of the typical SCB EED is 6kV and the voltage is 8 kV when TVS is paralleled.
As a conclusion, the TVS can offer effective ESD protection of SCB EED and will not affect firing performance of SCB under constant current. It is a good kind of ESD protection device for SCB EED.
