摘要:本论文是以五水硫酸铜(CuSO4•5H2O)作为主盐,甲醛(HCHO)作为还原剂。实验通过改变碳纤文的预处理方法,以及化学镀铜的反应时间,研究参数改变时对碳纤文表面化学沉积铜的影响。五水硫酸铜(CuSO4•5H2O) 14g/L,甲醛(HCHO) 53ml/L,优尔水合氯化镍(NiCl2•6H2O) 4g/L,酒石酸钾钠(NaKC4H4O5•4H2O) 45.5g/L,无水碳酸钠(Na2CO3)4.2g/L,氢氧化钠(NaOH)9g/L,配成1000mL溶液,为化学镀铜液配方。碳纤文表面化学镀铜工艺包括预处理跟化学镀铜。预处理工序包括化学除油、敏化及活化。通过实验研究可知,碳纤文表面经过一定预处理后,在本实验化学镀铜液中进行化学镀铜沉积,表面能获得均匀的金属铜镀层,镀层导电率良好,为0.005 kΩ•cm-1。27762

Study on the carbon fiber surface chemical deposition of copper
Abstract:This experiment mainly study that CuSO4•5H2O as the main salt ,HCHO as reductants electroless copper plate on the surface of carbon fiber .By changing the pretreatment method of carbon fiber and the chemical plating reaction time in order to research the effects of different pretreatment methods and effects of different plating time on carbon fiber surface chemical deposition of copper .The electroless copper plating solution is composited of CuSO4•5H2O 14g/L,HCHO 53ml/L,NiCl2•6H2O 4g/L,NaKC4H4O5•4H2O 45.5g/L,Na2CO3 4.2g/L, NaOH 9g/L preparation of 1000mL solution ,. Electroless copper plating process of carbon fibers includes pre-treatment and electroless copper plating, wherever the pre-treatment process includes chemical oil removal, sensitization, activation. After the research ,we can get that the carbon fiber surface after pretreatment , electroless copper plating deposited on the process of electroless copper plating, nickel plating surface can obtain a uniform coating, good conductivity,0.005kΩ•cm-1。
