摘要钨酸铋Bi2WO6是一种新型半导体光催化材料,具有价廉、无毒、化学性质稳定等优点,但单一相的Bi2WO6光催化活性低。本文研究Bi2WO6三种不同制备方法,并制备出钨酸铋/十优尔烷基三甲基溴化铵(Bi2WO6/CTAB)复合光催化剂以及研究pH对产物的影响。利用XRD、TEM、SEM、XPS、UV-vis分别对样品的晶型、组成和形貌等性能进行了表征,并以亚甲基蓝溶液作为模拟污染物,通过亚甲基蓝溶液在可见光下的降解来评价光催化活性的大小。实验结果表明三种方法均可以成功制备Bi2WO6晶体,与CTAB复合之后的Bi2WO6其可见光响应区变宽,光催化活性明显增强,并且pH=4.5时复合样品的结晶形态最好,光催化效率最高。这可能是由于复合光催化剂比表面积增大,光生电子与空穴的分离加快。28569

Title The fabrication of Bi2WO6/CTAB composite material and appliaction in photocatalysis
Abstract
Bismuth tungstate Bi2WO6 is a new kind of semiconductor material,which is of low prices, non-toxicity and chemical-stability.However,the photocatalytic activity of single phase Bi2WO6 is not satisfying.In this paper,three methods of synthesize Bi2WO6 photocatalysts were studied,and Bi2WO6/CTAB composite photocatalysts were synthesized.What’s more,we studied the influence of pH. The obtained Bi2WO6/CTAB products were characterized by XRD,TEM,SEM,XPS,UV-vis.And with methylene blue solution as the simulation of pollutants we evaluate the photocatalytic activity through the degradation of methylene blue solution under visible light.Consequently,we successfully obtained Bi2WO6 by three methods,and the photocatalytic performance of the Bi2WO6/CTAB composites under visible light irradiation was enhanced.In addition,the crystal morphology is best and the photocatalytic efficiency is highest when pH=4.5. The specific surface area of composite photocatalyst is increased,and the separation of photogenerated charge and holes is accelerated.
