摘要:本文主要探索不同条件环境下6,7-环氧柠檬醛的重排反应及产物2-(5-(2-羟基丙-2-基)-2-甲基四氢呋喃-2-基)乙醛的得率。实验得出,以柠檬醛为原料,经环氧化,重排,以及分离纯化合成6,7-环氧柠檬醛后,在FeCl3存在条件下进行2-(5-(2-羟基丙-2-基)-2-甲基四氢呋喃-2-基)乙醛的反应结果为失败。可能原因为FeCl3酸性偏弱,未能达到反应适宜PH值。但改进反应条件后,在二氧优尔环,水和稀硫酸混合溶剂的作用下,成功合成2-(5-(2-羟基丙-2-基)-2-甲基四氢呋喃-2-基)乙醛,经条件反应后得出结论:温度为30℃左右,6,7-环氧柠檬醛(0.031264mol),用V(二氧优尔环):V(水):V(稀硫酸)=40:6:1作混合溶剂,反应时间为0.5小时时,收率最高。之后再进行相关的图谱分析,对最终产物进行核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱和气相色谱-质谱联用的分析研究。根据记录下来的相关数据计算得出实验产率达到80%以上。30013

Research of synthesis of 6,7-epoxy Citral with Lewis acid
Abstract: This paper mainly explores the rearrangement reaction of 6,7-epoxycitral and yield of 2-(5-(2-hydroxy--propyl-2-yl)-2-methyl-tetrahydrofuran-2-yl)acetaldehyde under different conditions. The experiment shows that after using citral as raw material, through epoxidation, rearrangement, purification, and then synthesize of 6,7- epoxycitral. But the reaction results failed to achieve the appropriate reaction pH of weak acid of FeCl3. Then we improved reaction conditions that using 6,7-epoxycitral with mixed solvent of dioxane and water and dilute sulphuric acid. Finally,we got the production successfully. We can get the conclusion by reaction experiments that the highest yield happened under the temperature of 30 ℃, 6,7- epoxycitral (0.031264mol), using mixed solvent of V (dioxane): V (water): V (sulfuric acid) =40:6:1 , the reaction time is around 0.5 hours.Next, the final product was analyzed through H-nuclear magnetic resonance (HNMR), infrared spectroscopy (IR) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The experimental yield rate was calculated higher than 80% according to relevant recordings.
