The Design of Flue Gas Dust-removal System for 620 t/h Coal-fired Boiler

Abstract: The type and parameters of boiler are compared and selected according to the given capacity of coal-fired boiler. The coal consumption, flue gas, dust concentration of flue gas respectively are calculated according to the type of coal and evaporation quantity of the boiler. Dust removal efficiency are calculated according to the flue gas emissions limit. Electrostatic precipitator is chosen as the type of dust collector and the size of the electrostatic precipitator is designed. The diameter of ventilation pipeline is determined according to the flue gas and pipeline flow velocity of flue gas. Fan model is chosen by calculating air pressure and air volume of induced draft fan. And then the height and other measurements of the chimney can be designed.
