摘要:课题研究了电解脱脂的工艺组成和工艺条件对脱脂效果的影响程度,并确定电解脱脂的最佳的工艺配方和工艺条件。实验采用单因素实验法分别对氢氧化钠添加量,碳酸钠添加量,十二烷基硫酸钠添加量,TX-10添加量,温度范围,电流时间,电流密度,进行大致的确定。后采用正交试验法进行试验,将氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠和TX-10确定为变量因子,每个因子取3个水平数据进行正交实验,确定出最佳工艺配方组合。实验结果表明十二烷基硫酸钠和TX-10对脱脂效果的作用较大,电流密度、脱脂时间和温度三者之间存在相互影响。分析后确定,将氢氧化钠浓度控制在28g/L,碳酸钠浓度控制在25g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠体积分数控制在0.22%,TX-10体积分数控制在0.18%,温度控制在45℃,电流密度控制在1A/dm2,除油时间控制在3min时脱脂效果可达到最好,可以获得完全亲水的钢铁试片表面。33063

Abstract:Research the process composition and process conditions electrolytic degreasing degreasing effect on the degree of influence, and to determine the best process recipe and process conditions electrolytic degreasing.Experiments using single factor experiment were added amount of sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate added amount, the amount of sodium lauryl sulfate, TX-10 added, temperature range, current time, current density, were roughly determined. With orthogonal test to test, sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, sodium lauryl sulfate and TX-10 identified as variable factor, each factor taken three levels orthogonal experiment data, to determine the best process recipe combinations.Experimental results show that the larger role of sodium dodecyl sulfate and TX-10 to degreasing effect of current density, the presence of interaction between time and temperature of the three oil. After analysis to determine the sodium hydroxide concentration at 28g / L, sodium carbonate concentration at 25g / L, sodium dodecyl sulfate controlled volume fraction 0.22%, TX-10 at 0.18% volume fraction control, temperature control 45 ℃, the current density of 1A / dm2, degreasing time control in 3min degreasing effect can be achieved when the best you can get completely hydrophilic surface of the steel specimen.
