摘要化学镀镍工艺简便,成本低廉,镀层的厚度均匀,能够大面积涂覆,镀层可焊姓良好,如果配合合适的前处理工艺,能够在高强铝合金和超细晶铝合金等材料上获得性能良好的镀层,所以被广泛应用于表面工程和精细加工领域。33243
本课题旨在研究不同添加剂对化学镀镍层的影响,并选择出了两种添加剂进行复合实验,并使用目测法和弯曲实验对镀层的外观和结合力进行了检测。最后通过调节基础液中各成分的含量、温度以及pH值来对镀液进行了优化。
得到了如下的实验结果:
(1)化学镀镍基础液最佳配方是:30mL/L乳酸、10mL/L丙酸、10mg/L十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1mg/L醋酸铅、温度:90℃、pH值:4-5。光亮剂的最佳配方是:3mL的NNO扩散剂(亚甲基二萘磺酸钠)(5g/L)与1mL的硫酸镉(1g/L)。
(2)单独加入1,4-丁炔二醇、糖精、邻菲罗啉、尿素,镀层显半光亮;单独加入硫代硫酸钠、硫脲,会使镀液发黑;单独加入硫酸镉、NNO扩散剂(亚甲基二萘磺酸钠),镀层显光亮。

Study on Electroless Nickel Plating
Abstract
Study on Electroless Nickel Plating is considered as having simple process,cheap cost and uniform coating thickness.It can be used to coat widely and its coating is easy to solder.If this process is mated with proper pretreatment, good performance coatings can be obtained on some material such as high strength aluminum alloy and ultrafine-grained aluminum.So,it has been widely used on fields of Surface Engineering and Refine Processing.
This subject focuses on studying different additive’s influence on coatings.Two kinds of additives have be chosen to do composite tests, appearance and cohesion of coatings has been detected by visual method and bending test.Finally,its solution was optimizated by adjusting content of each component, temperature and pH in this solution.
The results are followings:
(1) Best recipe of electroless nickel plating based solution: 30mL/L lactate, 10mL/L propionate,10mg/L sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 1mg/L lead acetate, temperature:90℃,pH:4-5. Best recipe of brighteners: 3mL NNO diffusing agent(methylenebis naphthalene sulfonate)(5g/L) and 1mL cadmium sulfate(1g/L).
(2) 1,4-butynediol, saccharin, o-phenanthroline, urea was added alonely in this solution,coatings are semi-bright; sodium thiosulfate, thiourea was added alonely in this solution,coatings are black; cadmium sulfate, NNO diffusing agent(methylenebis naphthalene sulfonate) was added alonely in this solution,coatings are bright.
