摘要:本论文采用直接电沉积镍方法和以化学沉积镍为辅助的电沉积镍方法分别在碳纤文表面进行镍镀层沉积。碳纤文表面电沉积镍工艺包括前处理过程和镀镍过程,前处理工序包括化学除油、敏化及活化,然后研究直接电沉积镍和以化学沉积为辅助的电沉积镍镀层的导电性能变化,通过研究两种工艺条件及参数如时间变化、电流密度变化对碳纤文表面镀镍层导电性能的影响,研究发现经过前处理之后的碳纤文,通过60min化学沉积镍,在电流密度为0.09A/dm2的条件下再进行60min电沉积镍的碳纤文表面上的镍镀层连续均匀、细致,镀层显银灰色,单位电阻为0.0002kΩ•cm-1。34304

Study on electroplate nickel plating on carbon fibers
Abstract:This paper adopts the direct electroplate deposition method or chemical deposition then electroplate deposition method respectively plate nickel on the surface of carbon fibers. Electroplate deposition of nickel on surface of carbon fiber and nickel plating process including pre-treatment process,pre-treatment process including chemical degreasing, sensitization and activation, changes in conductivity and then study direct electroplate deposition of nickel and electroless deposition for electroplate deposited nickel coating auxiliary, through the study of two kinds of process conditions and parameters such as current density, time variation effects of the nickel plated carbon fiber surface layer of conductive performance, the study found that after pre-treatment of carbon fiber after electroless nickel deposition, through 60min, and then 60min electroplate deposited nickel at a current density of 0.09A/dm2 under the condition of carbon fiber on the surface of the nickel coating is uniform and fine coating was continuous gray, unit resistance of 0.0002kΩ•cm-1.
