摘要:本项目位于常熟经济技术开发区化工集中区苏州诺华基地内,项目拟建地用地性质现为化工用地。本项目的建设与常熟市城市总体规划不违背。项目符合常熟经济技术开发区的产业规划。经现状监测表明,项目所在地区域水、大气、声、地下水、土壤环境质量现状均满足相关环境功能规划的要求。本报告主要对项目建设区域的环境状况进行分析,通过工程分析,环境分析,环境影响,处理措施及效果的分析对年产110吨联苯氨基戊酸乙酯项目的污染排放进行评价,从环境保护的角度分析项目在实施地建设的环境达标状况。然后从客观的角度,根据现实情况对该项目的环境影响程度做出评价,并且提出有科学依据的建议,希望可以在一定程度上对该项目的环境改善方面起到帮助。34472

Environmental impact assessment of 110 tons of ethyl ethyl acetate project
Abstract:The project is located in Changshu Economic and Technological Development Zone Chemical Industry District of Suzhou Novartis, the location of the project land is the chemical industry land now.The construction of this project is not contrary to the overall planning of the Changshou City city.The project conforms to the industrial planning of Changshu economic and Technological Development Zone.TheStatus monitoring shows that the regional water, air, sound, groundwater, soil environment quality of the project meet the requirements of environmental functional planning.the report mainly makes a analysis of environmental situation to the project.Through the project analysis, environment analysis, environmental impact,treatment measures and the effect,makes the annual pollution emissions for the 110 tons of biphenyl amino ethyl valerate project evaluation.From the perspective of environmental protection, analysis the environmental standards for the construction of the environment of the project.Then from the objective point of view, according to the actual situation of the project to evaluate the extent of the environment, and proposed a scientific basis for the proposal.I hope it can be helpful to the environmental improvement to a certain extent.
