Cu-Ni-Er(Nd,La)-Al2O3复合膜性能的研究

摘要:本论文以阳极氧化法制备了阳极氧化铝膜,以阳极氧化铝膜为载体,分别采用电镀的方法制备Cu-Ni-Al2O3、Cu-Ni-Er-Al2O3、Cu-Ni-Nd-Al2O3和Cu-Ni-La-Al2O3分离复合膜,分别研究Er、Nd、La,Er的浓度对复合膜性能的影响。采用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和电子能谱仪(EDX)对复合膜进行性能测试和表征。结果显示Er、Nd、La对镀层的沉积过程均有所改善,形成的复合膜的表面光滑,比较均匀。Er、Nd、La中效果最好的是Er,Er的最佳浓度为0.0024mol/L。而且钕、镧、铒的加入,使复合膜中镍含量增加,也使复合膜晶型更完整,结晶度更高。
利用电镀的方法将Er、Nd、La负载到Cu-Ni-Al2O3膜上,所制备的Cu-Ni-Al2O3、Cu-Ni-Er-Al2O3、Cu-Ni-Nd-Al2O3和Cu-Ni-La-Al2O3复合膜的性能测试的研究至今未见报道,也是本文的创新点。5989

Abstract:This article use the anodic oxidation method to prepare the anodic alumina membrane, use the method of electroplating to prepare Cu-Ni-Al2O3,Cu-Ni-Er-Al2O3,Cu-Ni-Nd-Al2O3 and Cu-Ni-La-Al2O3 composite membrane. By adding Er, Nd and La, this article research the influence of this three kinds of rare earths to the composite membranes’ performance. Then it research the effect of the concentration of Er to the Cu-Ni-Al2O3 composite membrane’s performance. Use scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive Xray spectrom (EDX) to test and characterize the composite membranes. Results show that Er, Nd and La have improved the deposition process, the composite membranes formed have smooth coating surface and are relatively homogeneous. Er has the best composite membrane performance in Er, Nd and La and the best concentration of Er is 0.0024mol/L. Adding Er, Nd and La makes the content of Ni in the composite membranes increase, and also make the composite membranes’ crystal more complete and have a higher crystallinity.
Using the method of electroplating, Er, Nd and La will load to Cu-Ni-Al2O3 composite membrane. Cu-Ni-Al2O3,Cu-Ni-Er-Al2O3,Cu-Ni-Nd-Al2O3 and Cu-Ni-La-Al2O3 composite membranes’ performance test have not been reported yet, it is also this paper’s innovation point.
