摘要:本文采用两步法合成四苯基卟啉锡,并对合成所得的产物进行表征。第一步首先由四苯基卟啉、无水二氯亚锡及四氢呋喃经回流、过滤、重结晶等步骤后制备得到中间产物反式-二氯-5,10,15,20-四苯基卟啉锡(IV),反应过程中利用测定紫外光谱来监测反应生成的中间产物。然后将反式-二氯-5,10,15,20-四苯基卟啉锡(IV)与四氢呋喃、碳酸钾搅拌回流反应,反应完成后经过结晶、重结晶等步骤后提纯产物,得到纯净的四苯基卟啉锡。测定中间产物和最终产物的紫外光谱图和红外光谱图,对其进行结构表征。通过紫外光谱图的对比确定合成的产物就是纯净的四苯基卟啉锡。35930

The Synthesis of Stannum Tetraphenyl Porphyrin
Abstract: In this paper, use a two-step way to synthesize stannum tetraphenyl porphyrin, and study the characterizations of the product. For the first step, we can take tetraphenyl porphyrin, anhydrous stannous chloride and tetrahydrofuran as material to synthesize stannum tetraphenyl porphyrin after the steps such as reflux, filtration and recrystallization, during the reaction use UV spectrum to determine if the reaction is completed. Then mix stannum tetraphenyl porphyrin , tetrahydrofuran and potassium carbonate, reflux while stirring. When the reaction is completed, purify the product by crystallization and recrystallization and get pure stannum tetraphenyl porphyrin. Use UV spectrum and infrared spectroscopy to get the characterizations of the intermediate and the final product. By comparing the UV spectrum we can confirm that the product is pure stannum tetraphenyl porphyrin.
