配位聚合物的制备及其阻燃改性聚乳酸的研究

用二甲基咪唑和六水合硝酸锌通过沉淀法制备配位聚合物ZIF-8, 采用TEM、DTG、FTIR、XRD等测试方法对ZIF-8晶体的结构、热性能等进行了表征和研究

摘要本课题中,首先用二甲基咪唑和六水合硝酸锌通过沉淀法制备配位聚合物ZIF-8, 采用TEM、DTG、FTIR、XRD等测试方法对ZIF-8晶体的结构、热性能等进行了表征和研究,然后使用熔融共混的方法制备了ZIF-8质量分数为0.2%,0.5%,1%,3%的ZIF-8/PLA复合阻燃材料(PLA-x)。采用FTIR,DTG,XRD,SEM,DSC,极限氧指数(LOI)等测试方法对制备的复合材料的结构组成、分散情况、热性能、力学性能、阻燃性能、结晶度等进行表征和研究,特别是,重点研究了配位聚合物ZIF-8对聚乳酸阻燃性能的影响。结果表明合成出具有高结晶度的纯相的 ZIF-8晶体;ZIF-8粒子粒径均一;ZIF-8晶体在复合材料中均匀稳定分散;复合材料的力学性能有一定的提高,其中PLA-3的断裂伸长率达到31.61%;ZIF-8对聚乳酸材料有显著的阻燃作用,其中PLA-3的氧指数达到了26.0%;但是ZIF-8晶体的加入降低了PLA的热稳定性能。42542

Title    Synthesis of coordination polymers and its effect  on the retardant properties of Poly Lactic Acid  

Abstract

In this project, zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8) were successfully prepared by using 2-methylimidazole and Zn(NO3)2 6H2O. The structural composition and thermal properties of ZIF-8 were characterized by using FTIR, DTG, XRD, SEM . The PLA/ZIF-8 composites  (PLA)-x (x=0.2wt%、0.5wt%、1wt%、3wt%) were prepared by melt blending. The effect of coordination polymer ZIF-8 on poly lactic acid composites in structural composition, particle sizes, dispersion conditions, thermal properties, mechanical properties, flame retardant and the degree of crystallinity of the prepared composites were characterized by using FTIR, DTG, XRD, SEM, DSC, limiting oxygen index (LOI) and other test methods, especially t. The results showed that we have synthesized ZIF-8 crystals with a high degree of crystallinity ; ZIF-8 particles dispersed stably in the composite materials, and particles are uniform sizes; the mechanical properties of composite materials have improved to some extent, where the strain at break of PLA-3 reached 31.61%. ZIF-8 had a significant effect on flame retardant of PLA , where the oxygen index of PLA-3 reached to 26.0%. However, the adding of ZIF-8 crystals reduced the thermal stability of PLA.
