摘要为研究Sr(NO3)2/KNO3复合氧化剂体系气溶胶灭火剂燃烧特性,本文采用常压燃烧试验,结合控制变量实验方法,研究了研究品种、硝酸锶/硝酸钾复配体系以及压药密度等对气溶胶灭火剂燃烧特性的影响规律,并探索了复配体系下气溶胶灭火剂燃烧增强原因,结果表明:(1)单独使用硝酸钾作为氧化剂时,随着氧化剂含量的增大,气溶胶灭火剂的燃烧速率升高,而硝酸锶则不适合被单独使用作为氧化剂;(2)锶钾复配体系下,随着氧化剂含量的升高,气溶胶灭火剂的燃烧速率升高,同时随着氧化剂中硝酸锶比例的提高,燃烧速率先增加后减小;(3)在相同压药密度情况下,锶钾复配体系的气溶胶灭火剂燃烧速率高于单独使用硝酸钾时,而在相同密度比情况下,锶钾复配体系气溶胶灭火剂燃烧速率低于单独使用硝酸钾时。硝酸锶的晶体密度大于硝酸钾,引起复配体系灭火剂在压药密度相同时的内部空隙增多,从而有利于燃烧速率的提高。42770

Title Study on combustion characteristics of aerosol fire Extinguishing agent
Abstract
For the study of Sr(NO3)2/KNO3 composite oxidant system of aerosol fire extinguishing agent combustion characteristics, the atmospheric combustion test, combined with the control variable experimental method, studied the varieties, strontium nitrate/potassium nitrate compound system and pressing density of aerosol fire extinguishing agent combustion properties, and explore the complex system of aerosol fire extinguishing agent combustion enhancement reasons, results showed that: (1) used alone potassium nitrate as oxidant, with increasing oxidant concentration, increase the burning rate of aerosol fire extinguishing agent, and strontium nitrate are not suitable for use as a single sheet of oxidant; (2) strontium potassium compound system, with the increase of oxidant content. Increase the burning rate of aerosol fire extinguishing agent, at the same time as the proportion of strontium nitrate oxidizer increased, the burning rate increased first and then decreased; (3) The crystal density of strontium nitrate is greater than that of potassium nitrate, which causes the increase of internal voids in the same time of the mixture, which is beneficial to the increase of the burning rate.
