摘 要本文对电解氧化液生成器改造以及催化氧化罗丹明B染料废水和实际染料废水展开了研究,结果表明:(1)原有电解氧化液生成器经改造后,实现了自动加盐循环,NaCl利用率提高了50%~60%,同等情况下可节省用水70%。经过单因素实验研究发现生成器的最佳运行条件为0.1mol/L的NaCl溶液、EC=8.5ms/cm~9ms/cm、电解质体积V=1500~2000mL、流量Q=1.8L/h。
(2)采用分离式间接电化学氧化法处理难生物降解的有机染料罗丹明B,以及对比分析处理实际染料废水。反应时间为2h时电解氧化液对于染料废水的TOC降解率达到90%以上。在实验过程中还发现,废水初始浓度、pH和有无催化剂三种因素对TOC降解率的存在一定的影响。研究结果表明,废水稀释5倍、pH控制在5~8以及添加催化剂可提高TOC的降解率。44259
Abstract This work is for the research which concludes transformation of electrolytic oxidation solution generator ,rhodamine B dye wastewater and real dye wastewater catalytic oxidation .The result shows:
(1)When the electrolytic oxidation solution generator is transformed,it realizes automatic-adding-salt circulation,the utilization rate of NaCl increases 50%~60%,water saves 70% in the same condition.Through single-factor research,the best operating conditions of automatic-adding-salt electrolytic oxidation solution generator are determined that the concentration of NaCl is 0.1mol/L,EC=8.5ms/cm~9ms/cm,the volume of electrolyte V=1500~2000mL,flow Q=1.8L/h.
(2)Difficulty biodegradable organic dye rhodamine B and real dye wastewater are terated by the separating and indirect electrochemical oxidation,it shows that if reaction time is 2h,TOC will be degraded above 90% .In this progross we also discover that there are 3 factors ,which are initial concentration of wastewater、pH and catalyst,to influence the degradation ratio of TOC.The research result shows that it will increase the degradation ratio of TOC if wastewater is diluted 5 times,pH is over 5~8,and catalyzed.
